One Nation ! One Mobile No. ! One Tarrif !" ? Telecommunications Minister Kapil Sibal released a draft of new telecom policy. According to the new draft policy mobile users will not have to pay any charge for roaming as well as mobile users can change any service provider in every corner of India with the same number.

In fact the target of the policy is to create “one country, one license” system. Which will end the difference between the local and STD calls.

Thus the implementation of this ONE NATION ONE TARRIF policy will allow mobile users to PORT to any service provider throughout the Nation. Whereas currently users are only able to PORT within their respective Telecom Circle.
