  Type ACT 3G TO 144

2. Their should be low balance in mobile about 2 to 3 INR

 3. Activate any 2g paln from any shop

 Note! try only small pack like 200mb. Etc. till conformation message is not recived
and after deactivating ,must check  by dialing *111*6#.

 4.final trick Send sms for deactive 3G type CAN TO 144 OK DONE.
