Now Iam going to give you the procedure to be followed to connect SAMSUNG Phones to PC for Internet Access which are as follows : 
Now connect internet using Samsung phone And Samsung KIES.

Step I :
Firstly get Samsung Kies from here

Step II :
Install Kies.

Step III :
Then in your phone, go to settings --->phone settings --->pc connections and select Samsung Kies
Step IV :
Connect your phone to pc while the Phone is not locked, and Your phone will get "connected" to your PC

Step V : 
Now Run kies

Step V :  Kies is now Opened for Connecting the Phone Modem !


Step VI :  Click on Settings


Step VI :  Select Widget

Step VI :  Tick the Tethering Widget


Step VII :  Click on APPLY and then on OK

Step VIII :  Move the bar to the right and click the "Tethering" globe icon 


Step IX :  Click on Settings Icon
  

Step X :  
In "Connection name" type a name.
Set country to "other" and network provider to "other". 
In APN name select your network providers APN, you can find it it in the "Access" block of your internet profiles in internet settings of your phone. 
And Click on OK
Step XI :  Click the "connect" button and your net will get connected.
 NOW ENJOY INTERNET ON PC and ON THE GO !
