Tata Docomo Recently Changed the Base Tariff to 2p/second (i.e. 1.20Rs Per minute), while other networks have the base Tariff of just 1Re/minute.

Thus Tata Docomo is 20% Costlier as Far as its Base or its Reserve Tariff Price is Concerned.
All new SIM's come with this hiked and costliest Base Tariff of 2p/second, however customers are given a promotional Tariff of 1.2p/Sec for a period of 180days. (Exclusive  by Tricks91.blogspot.com)
However as per Tricks91's Research, though the base tariff is inflated, the Telecom Provider stands First in its Services, Special Tariff Vouchers and Hassle free Customer Service. (Exclusive  by Tricks91.blogspot.com)
Here we conclude that though TATA DOCOMO silently hikes the Base Tariff , It stands at the No. 1 Position yet................
