But we indians are much smarter to revert it back. yes with my trick you all will enjoy free calls to customer care, and not just that have a conversation in your mother tongue.


Yes my Mother Tongue is TAMIL, so i can conversate in Tamil. Yes !


Follow my Trick as follows :


1. Call the Mobile No. assighned for your circle as customer care no. to be dialled from another network.
Like 09029012345 (Toll Free) for Mumbai
Like 09043012345 (Toll Free) for Tamil Nadu


2. Select option 1 to select your own no. or select 2 for manual enter of your Docomo No.


3. OK, its over the menu will be played and you can go to the customer care option by selecting any option and finally by dialling 9.


4. If you want to talk in your mother tongue then dial the customer care no. assigned to your hometown circle, like 09043012345 (Toll Free) for Tamil Nadu to talk in TAMIL from all over india.


5. Suppose you are talking from another no. or Landline then dial 1800 266 0000 (Toll Free)
